主控室值班人员 (兼职）

职位要求：

  1. 在校生，求职者皆可，中英文流利

  2. 要求责任感强，细心负责

  3. 需有一定电脑操作基础，条理清晰

  4. 提供培训

  5. 现征：周一至周五 中午11am 至晚上9pm
      

Role Summary
Master Control Room is generally staffed with one or two Master Control Operators around-the-clock, every day to ensure continuous operation. Master control operators are responsible for monitoring the quality and accuracy of the on-air product, ensuring the transmission materials meet company and government regulations, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and preparing programming for play-out.


Key Responsibilities
1) Completing switching, configurations and downlinks according to the booking information.
2) Managing daily workloads and responsibility with other team members.
3) Quality Control of transmissions for video and audio faults.
4) Reporting and documentation of faults.
5) Commute with 3rd party regards any type of transmissions faults, provide solutions and document logs.

6) Have basic Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills


Key Performance Indicators
Absolute, minimal fault with scheduled work completed, accurate and clear reporting of faults, effective problem resolution, and workflows and procedures are correctly followed.
